Rohit has spent over a decade in international finance. He was a Senior Vice President at WorldBusiness Capital Inc., Hartford, USA, where he was involved in credit underwriting and due diligence of prospective borrowers, undertaking business development and marketing activities to expand India market, working on new initiatives involving Indian government agencies, coordinating with U.S. Government agencies and other agencies for loan approvals and establishing relations with investment banks, borrowers, investors, and trade promotion agencies. Rohit is presently a Senior Advisor to WorldBusiness Capital Inc. Prior to this, Rohit has spent five years at CRISIL, the largest credit rating agency in India and an arm of International credit rating agency Standard and Poors’, where he was responsible for credit rating, marketing, as well as building a team of associates. Rohit holds a Post Graduate Degree in Commerce from Mumbai University and an MBA from Babson College, USA. Rohit is based in Mumbai and handles FirstCred’s operations from India.

At FirstCred, Neha focuses on strengthening client relationships, driving operational excellence, and supporting the delivery of innovative financing solutions that help businesses scale with confidence. Her execution-driven and client-centric approach plays a key role in fostering long-term value for clients and partners. Neha is also the Founder & COO of Globizera, a strategic business partner of FirstCred, and a shareholder in CredibleX, a UAE-based embedded finance and SME lending platform backed by leading institutional investors, including ADQ and Mubadala Investment Company.

With over 20 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Sowdamini is a multi-faceted professional in BFSI Segment. She is a qualified Char- tered Accountant and has held key leadership positions in various reputed organisations like ICICI Bank, IndusInd Bank, ING, Standard Chartered and Saraswat Bank. She brings aboard her vast experience of working closely with various SME and Mid Corporates for their long term and short term requirements including Working Capital, Trade Finance, Treasury/Fx, Cash Management and Balance Sheet Advisory. Her vast experiences bring in a solution oriented approach alongwith a strong mix of both credit and business acumen competency.
